Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, as you prefer. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

How to return

Use the contact details on this website with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Return shipping is free for damaged or wrong items. For other returns, please send the item back at your cost. Once we receive and check the item, we'll confirm by message.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it. In-person payments are refunded the same way you paid.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it's dispatched, for a full refund. To cancel, use the contact details on this website.
